  6. DSound is a CLI 8SVX sound sample player that plays samples directly
  7. from hard disk without loading samples completely into memory.
  8. This allows one to play samples of any length, including those
  9. that are much larger than available memory.  Various settings,
  10. such as volume, playback speed and speaker usage, can be specified.
  11. Stereo sound samples are supported.  This version fixes some bugs
  12. and adds a counter that indicates the length of the sample and the
  13. amount played (both in minutes:seconds).  This is version 1.30.
